HERE ARE OUR STEPS FOR BECOMING A LEADER...

1. MEET WITH A STAFF PERSON - Email a staff person to set-up a meeting.

2. PRAY! - After meeting with a staff person we would love for you to take time to pray and confirm that Young Life leadership is where you are being called! Invite family and friends into this process!

3. FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND SET-UP AN INTERVIEW - Schedule an official interview with our staff to begin the onboarding process!

2. DOWNLOAD AND GO OVER OUR STUDENT LEADER DOCUMENTS - These can be found thru the button below. Please go through all of these with your parent/guardian. Use the Student Leader Interview Checklist to make sure you go through the process correctly.
